Service BDC

  • We are seeking a highly motivated, result-driven BDC representative for our Sales Department. In this position, you will engage with customers who are looking to make sales appointments. 
  •  Job Responsibilities
  • Good interpersonal skills
  •  Communicate with customers via the phone, text and email daily
  • Answer incoming sales calls
  •  Make  appointments
  •  Make follow up calls daily
  • Communicate information abut calls accurately and effectively to the management and clients
  •  Daily time management and the ability to work independently or under supervision
  • Confirm Appointments with customers
  • Work directly with the Sales  Department

Parts Positions

  • Desired : Knowledgeable, Accurate and Motivated
  • The ideal candidate for this position will possess:
  • Prior parts counter experience
  • Dealership Experience is a huge advantage
  • reliable transportation
  • high school diploma and clean driver's license
  • appropriate general automotive knowledge
  • the ability to work full time, 5 days per week and every other Saturday
  • the ability to lift up to 60 lbs as needed
  • excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • the ability to correctly look up, pull and invoice parts
  • a friendly, outgoing disposition with good people and telephone skills
  • the desire to be a team player and provide and exceptional experience to all of our valuable customers and technicians
  • the ability to fill in for wholesale parts delivery
  • good computer skills
  • process obsolescence and warranty returns etc...
  • performing periodic stock checks
