Parkway Toyota suggests you familiarize yourself with the condition of your vehicle 30-60 days before the final payment.  You can use a credit card to examine excessive wear and tear.  Toyota Financial Services offers a complimentary vehicle inspection, once you contact them at 800-286-0652, they will have an inspector come to your home, your business or another preferred location.  Also have both sets of keys and your owners manual
